PixelPotus NFT Game Reaches Top Three on Tezos dApps

PixelPotus has been in the top 3 Tezos dApps on DappRadar. This NFT trading card game was only launched in early June this year and is described as NFT trading for “NFT Collection with competitively priced elements”.

The NFT in PixelPotus is referred to as “POTUS” which stands for “President Of The United States”.

The goal is to navigate through the different stages of rarity and try to upgrade the POTUS to its rarest level: unique.

NFT POTUS is expected to play a central role in the Trading Card Game. In addition, PixelPotus also introduced utility tokens, governance, and POTUS lending services.

Where POTUS owners can lend tokens to other users and earn income in the form of loan interest.

Getting to know the PixelPotus Token

PIXEL Token and pxlDAO Token

PIXEL is a utility token of the POTUS ecosystem that will be used to pay for in-game assets, facilities and services within the project.

To be able to play this game, users need a PIXEL token. Both players will pay a fee and the winner will get 75% of the total fee, which drops to 150% of what was paid to play the game.

The remaining 25% will be distributed to Unique POTUS holders (5%) and to the platform (20%).

The total supply will be 1,000,000 PIXELs, of which 10,000 PIXELs (1%), will be delivered proportionally to the top 500 PixelPotus players based on their rarity score snippet on November 23, 2021 evening UTC time.

PIXEL can also be used to process PixelPotus pxlDAO governance tokens. The only way to get pxlDAO is through farming and some targeted airdrops.

PxlDAO will be used to choose the direction of PixelPotus and all future projects produced by the team. It will also be used to open facilities for holders and its utility will grow over time.

PixelPotus Plan

This month the project will launch the Pixel Shop, a place where potential users can buy Pixel Swag and Pixel Artifacts.

Pixel Swag includes t-shirts, hats, mugs and more with PixelPotus-themed artwork. Potus owners can also receive a percentage of the profits from Pixel Swag.

Furthermore Pixel Artifacts contain unique NFTs in the POTUS universe, commissioned from community artists. Some will be shipped by air to pxlDAO holders at random or sold and auctioned.

The Rent-a-POTUS Loan System will begin to be realized in the first quarter of next year. To be able to make a POTUS loan, only Legendary & Unique POTUS can be used to play the game.

This is the basis for the Rent-a-POTUS lending system. Since it takes a long time to get past the rarity level and score their own Legendary or unique POTUS players will be able to borrow that rarity level POTUS through loan pools.

Instead, players must share a portion (5–10%) of any PIXEL rewards with the owner of the POTUS.

Although it sounds complicated, this method can be an alternative to getting passive income.
